We are pleased to present the Knox Hill Cottage stencils! These stencils which date from 1871 were discovered during the ongoing restoration of the Knox Hill Cottage (Nagele-Merz House) an 1871 Second Empire Cottage in Cincinnati Ohio.
This stencil design was recently discovered in the
formal dining Parlor of the cottage (see reveal photo of original design)
This stencil is perfect used in a frieze location above a hanging rail,but would also work well at a chair rail height.
This period Neo Gec design would work well in any room of the home and any color combination is possible
This RARE Historic Stencil Design has been copywrited by us and is only available from Victorian Antiquities and Design.
These stencils can be grouped or flipped in a variety of ways to make larger borders if desired. They are hand cut on heavy stencil material which will last a lifetime.
